At P.Louise, we want you to be obsessed with your beauty haul; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, cosmetics that have been opened or had their seals broken cannot be accepted for a refund.

Carefully pack your items in their original P.Louise packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, ensuring all seals remain intact.
Ship It Back
Affix the return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point, ensuring you retain a copy of your postage receipt for tracking.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned items and confirmed they meet our hygiene standards, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
