When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days. During high-demand periods such as product launches or sales, please allow up to 10 working days for your tracking information to update.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, P.Louise ships worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of cosmetic products, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
Are P.Louise products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are proud to be a cruelty-free brand. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals, nor do we work with manufacturers who do so.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We are sorry to hear this! Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged items so we can assist you.
How can I track my parcel?
